Meeting new people and forming meaningful business relationships is the hallmark of the Women's Jewelry Association and its worldwide network of members.
The WJA Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 corporation created to support WJA's mission of providing educational and business opportunities that allow women to reach their full career potential. Through the General Education and Business Fund, the WJA Foundation offers a variety of scholarships and grants to support the professional growth and educational endeavors of women in the jewelry and watch industries. Since its inception, the Foundation has been shaping the future of the industry, and has awarded over $700,000 to students, designers, and small business owners over the past 10 years to help them grow and succeed in their careers.
The Foundation accepts gifts from individuals and corporations that are used to impact the jewelry and watch industries positively. Through our multi-dimensional funding framework, the WJA Foundation focuses its charitable giving on general jewelry education and business development, responsible sourcing and sustainability education, and diversity, equity, and inclusion education.
