Together, WJA and Mentoro are launching a Jewelry & Watches–focused mentorship cohort* in New York, creating intentional spaces for knowledge-sharing, leadership development, and real connection across our industry.
This partnership reflects our shared commitment to mentorship, community, and paying it forward—ensuring women in jewelry and watches have access to the relationships and insights that help careers grow.
The Start of Something Powerful
In March 2026, the mentees and mentors came together in NYC to kick off six months of connection, conversation, and career growth, and the energy in the room said it all.
By bringing together incredible emerging talent and the wisdom of industry leaders, this cohort is building real relationships, shared insight, and lasting momentum.
And it doesn’t stop here! Later this month, current mentees will gather again at the Mastercard Hub in New York for an additional mentorship experience, continuing to invest in their growth.
