Production Coordinator Description
In this role, you’ll manage incoming jewelry repairs and custom orders from their retail locations, evaluating repair needs and performing final quality control inspections. On average, you’ll handle 40–50 jobs per week. This position requires strong attention to detail and clear communication, as you’ll act as a key link between sales, production, and the jewelers. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, process-driven, and has strong technical knowledge of jewelry. Bachendorf’s is a family-owned company with multiple DFW locations, and their long employee tenure speaks to the culture they’ve built.
