General Questions:

Q: I am a current member. How do I access my account?
A: If you know your username and password please click here to login.  If you do not know your username and password you can retrieve that information by clicking here and entering the email address that was used to sign up for your account.

Q: I don't know the email address that was used to sign up for my account.
A: If you attempt to retrieve your credentials and your email does not match what we have on file contact us at (212) 687-2722 or send via email

Q: I am interested in membership. Where can I learn more?
A:  If you would like to learn more about the Women’s Jewelry Association please click here and when you’re ready to join us, please proceed to our membership application.

 Username and Password Assistance

Q: I do not know my username and password.
A: If you are a current WJA member in good standing, you can retrieve your username and a temporary password via email by clicking here and entering the email address used to sign up for your account. 

Q: I received an email containing my username and a temporary password, what next?
A: Please go to the login page and type your username and temporary password. 

Q: I am having trouble accessing my account with the username and temporary password sent to me.
A: We recommend typing the username and password provided via email. If you copy and paste the selection into the username and password fields, avoid copying and pasting an extra "space" which the system will not recognize. 

Q: I clicked the "Retrieve Username and Password" link more than once, will I get more than one email?
A: You can retrieve your username and a temporary password as many times as you wish but the system will send you additional emails. Note that the most recent email you've received will contain the temporary password to access your account. 

 Membership

Q: I am interested in membership. Where can I learn more?
A: If you would like to learn more about becoming involved with the Women’s Jewelry Association please click here and when you’re ready to join us, please proceed to our membership application.

Q: I'd like to renew my membership. How do I proceed?
A: You can renew your membership online by clicking  "Membership Renewal" in the menu located to the left.

 
Q: What is the cost of membership? And how much to renew?
A: For individual professionals a new membership is $175 and the annual renewal rate is $150.  Global membership is $75 for the year. For students, new membership is COMPLIMENTARY (with proof of enrollment) and the annual renewal rate is $75.  For corporate membership packages and rates, click here.

 
Q: What are the terms of my membership?
A: Membership terms are one year – expiring on the join/renew date.  

 
Q: Can my company purchase a corporate membership for multiple employees?
A: Yes! There are three tiers of corporate membership - Small Business, Enterprise, and Corporate Partner. Membership is transferrable.  For more information about corporate membership, click here.

 Chapters

Q: I am interested in learning more about WJA Chapters.
A: Find out more about our North American chapters here.

Q: How do I join a chapter?
A: During the registration process choose (1) primary chapter – this will add you to the chapter roster and include you on the chapter mailing list. You do not have to join a chapter separately.

 
Q: What if there are no chapters in my area?
A: Members living and working in areas that do not have local WJA chapters can still take advantage of the many online membership benefits, including a mentorship program, webinars, complimentary online pearl courses, and more.  If you are interested in starting a chapter in your area, please send us an email 

 
Q: What if I live outside of North America?
A:  WJA offers a Global member rate for jewelry professionals who live and work abroad.  For more info on membership, click here
