The Ella Klein Internship

We invite you to apply for the Ella Klein Internship program if you are passionate and committed to your diamond and jewelry career.

This Internship is named after Ella Klein, the Matriarch of the Julius Klein Family. She was a Diamond in the Rough; a person whose most positive qualities are hidden, a wonderful Gem who only few have noticed. She wasn’t just a typical leader by any means. She lead by example, supporting dozens of special causes and organizations benefitting thousands in our community and beyond. And when you lead by example, you create a picture of what's possible. 

In parallel, this program is an opportunity to uncover and enhance your underlying abilities and become a leader in your own right. As an Intern you’ll be able to hone your professional skills, but most importantly you’ll get hands on experience from some of the best industry leaders in all tiers of the business.

Applicant's Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the Ella Klein Internship Program are as follows:
  • To be considered eligible, applicants need to have attained a minimum age of 18 years.
  • Must have Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a working visa.
  • Must pass a background check before being considered for the program.
  • Must be a WJA Member.
