Lena Nhek
WJA
Philladelphia

Organized City Winery event, came prepared with conversation cards, name cards, and engaged with every member but prioritized new members. Brought friends from her work and made very professional yet fun introductions. Kept conversations productive and light, stayed engaged with each member rather than focusing on her own friends.  Although she could not attend JNO, delivered incredible food on platters that she prepared at home along with picking up wine, local pizza, and sticking within budget. Offered support after the event. Lena is a member who is truly open to assisting in all levels of the chapter and a pleasure to work with.
