WJA is thrilled to host Jen Safyan, a certified Project Management Professional, for our third installation of our WJA Masterclass series, The Art of Delegation: Project Management 101, on Wednesday, July 28th at 1pm EDT. Jen works with solopreneurs, start-up founders and small businesses to help get them on track and stay on track when it comes to often tedious operational processes and back-office management tasks.

Jen will lead WJA members in a presentation of Setting Up Systems.  She will guide members through developing their operational systems, writing their procedures, and implementing the right tools.  With clear steps and take away guides, Jen will provide practical tips to take WJA members to the next level in their businesses. She will walk through a series examples and present easy-to-implement solutions for small business owners and individuals just starting out. The content is also helpful for professionals who manage teams and juggle many projects.

If you’ve been looking for resources on how to best delegate tasks electronically and streamline your business needs, this informative session is not to be missed!
