In 2007, Ryan J. Gilmore attended the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in Carlsbad, CA, where he became a GIA certified gemologist. While attending GIA, Ryan had the opportunity to meet and build relationships with friends from all over the world.
In December of 2014, Ryan's dreams became a reality when he opened R&M Diamonds in the Uptown area. By 2018, Ryan built a business and reputation on both the wholesale and retail side of the industry. This is when Ryan decided to turn R&M Diamonds into the wholesale side of the business and launch a brand new retail store with Tony Schaefer, MSP Jewelers!
