The Women’s Jewelry Association invites you to attend our breakfast fundraiser at the JCK Show. Our fundraiser will feature a keynote presentation by Karine Bah Tahé, Founder and CEO of Blue Level Training, a Black woman-owned enterprise focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training that builds diverse, inclusive, and respectful work environments.

We invite you to join us at 8:00am in the San Polo Ballroom on the 3rd floor of the JCK areas of the Venetian for breakfast. The presentation will begin at 8:15am and conclude at approximately 9:15am, leaving time for networking.

Karine Bah Tahé 

Karine Bah Tahé is the founder and CEO of Blue Level. She has spent the past 10 years working in training, international recruitment, C-suite diversity, equity, and inclusion development, and international business journalism. Her areas of expertise include diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-racism, inclusive communications, microaggressions, and sexual harassment prevention. She has worked with international leaders, the diplomatic community, academic innovators, and senior business executives from a range of industries in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, India, and Australia. Karine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and Certificates from Cornell University in Strategic Human Resources Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion.
