The Providence chapter is very excited to present a virtual cooking class with Chopped Champion Eli Dunn! From the comfort of your own kitchen, you will cook a full dinner alongside Chef Eli, a Rhode Islander and two-time Food Network Chopped Champion.
We will be making lemon and dill baked salmon with charred asparagus and roasted potatoes. (Not a fan of salmon? You can easily substitute chicken!) A week before the event, Chef Eli will provide all participants with a shopping list and recipes. We will have email access to the chef for a week for questions and recommendations. The main event is a live Zoom cooking class.
Tickets are $10 for current WJA members and $20 for nonmembers. Space is limited, so please reserve your spot soon. Members of all chapters are invited to join us!
