In an effort to gain a deeper understanding of the fine jewelry consumer mindset when it comes to Environmental, Social and Governance, Platinum Guild International USA commissioned a study on the topic as it relates to fine jewelry purchasing. Kevin Reilly is a jewelry industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in brand building, marketing, sales & customer relationship management.  In his role at Platinum Guild International USA, he is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with companies at all levels of the supply chain, formulating programs to help them build their platinum jewelry business.  He also leads the organization’s education initiatives, including live, virtual and online sales training for retail sales professionals, technical education for bench jewelers and, more recently - establishing relationships with academic institutions to add platinum education to their jewelry studies curricula.  Programs currently active at Pratt Institute, Miami Jewelry School, 92Y and in development at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD)
He began his career in the retail industry as a member of the Macy’s Executive Training Program.  Prior to joining PGI, he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Tache USA and as Director of Customer Relations and New Business Development at Lazare Kaplan International.  
He is a frequent speaker at jewelry industry events with the mission of helping manufacturers and retailers to build a more profitable business with platinum.

Her work at 360 Market Reach over the past 5 years has enabled her to grow her expertise in the fine jewelry as well as health & wellness, beauty, and personal care space by conducting an expansive range of methodologies. She is an expert at developing research to build brands, spark the most successful product innovations and communicate effectively to target audiences. Jenna manages a dynamic Health & Wellness Community for 360 Market Reach that crosses many industries and aspects of health, including sustainability. Jenna has a Marketing degree from Marist College in the beautiful Hudson Valley and is always ready for her next outdoor adventure.
