WJA NY Metro | Perfect Your Elevator Pitch

"First Impressions can leave a lasting impact.  Join our workshop to perfect your elevator pitch and make that first impression shine!

During this workshop, we will review best practices for crafting an elevator pitch. You will also have the chance to practice and develop your elevator pitch with peers and mentors in breakout sessions.

What is an elevator pitch?
Your elevator pitch is a way to share your expertise and credentials quickly and effectively. The reason it's called an elevator pitch is that it should be short enough to present during a brief elevator ride.

Done right, this elevator pitch helps introduce yourself in a compelling way. It can help advance your career by building your network, and spark interest in who you are, leaving people wanting to know more.

Bonus: Not only will you get the chance to meet and network with numerous members and peers within the industry, but we will also take the opportunity to learn more about the WJA NY Metro Mentorship opportunities, and how to register to become a mentor or mentee.

Who is this event for?
All members and potential members for the WJA NY Metro Chapter. Whether you are starting out in your career, in a mid-career transition, or looking for ways to build your network and promote your business, an elevator pitch is an important tool in your professional skill set.
