The Power Of Community – Lessons For Putting People First

Community today is more important than it has ever been before. Not only in our personal lives where we search for a sense of belonging, to fulfill an intrinsic need that is so core to us humans. But also in our professional environments, where we engage people in new ways to drive improved business outcomes.
 
There are numerous ways we can participate in community on a personal level. And a variety of options to build community in support of others to leverage businesses opportunities. This talk shines the light on both. It offers concrete steps for implementation, and reveals key lessons learned from two decades of community building.
