Women’s Jewellery Association’s India
Chapter (WJAIC) is the first International chapter of WJA. The aim of the Association
is to create a platform that will provide tools to empower women to achieve
their highest goals in jewellery, watch and related businesses and vocational
pursuits. Activities planned by the association include networking
opportunities, seminars, lectures and recognition programs including Awards.
The WJAIC is dedicated to creating a supportive network for
professionals involved and interested in the jewellery and related
industry. Our goal with this site is to deliver valuable and relevant content
about any event while making it easier for members to stay connected.

Nirupa Bhatt is one of the
most respected thought leaders in the Gem and Jewellery Industry. A stalwart of
the industry, Nirupa Bhatt is a member
of the Gem & Jewellery Committee – CII & FICCI; and Governing Board Of
Directors of the All India Gem and Jewellery Federation. An observer of human
nature and a developer of human talent Nirupa Bhatt is a leader with a
brilliant sense of humour and oratory skill. As a chairperson she
endeavours to develop the WJA chapter in the next few years so that WJA offer
women in India the same kind of support and educational tools that is offered
to women in the United States.
