sfritz@jminsure.com Twin Cities showcases designers Sept. 13 August 2009, Minneapolis, MN – On Sun., Sept. 13, retailer jewelers in the upper Midwest are invited to see innovative designs displayed by 12 Twin Cities area jewelry designers at the WJA Twin Cities Designer Showcase. Hosted by the Women’s Jewelry Association-Twin Cities, this is the second year that the chapter has presented the event.
The Designer Showcase is open for the trade only and runs 1:00-5:00 p.m. Sun., Sept. 13 at Studio Vincent Design, 212 N. Second St. in Minneapolis.
“In this economy, retailers may find that customers are drawn to unique designs that offer an exceptional value and an interesting story. That’s exactly what local designers provide,” said Designer Showcase Chair Janel Russell of Janel Russell Designs.

Attendees will be invited to vote for their favorite designs for the event’s People’s Choice Award.
The Women’s Jewelry Association, founded in 1983, is the preeminent association of professional women in the jewelry, watch and related businesses.
